By accessing, reviewing, or engaging with Lunaris Sports Cards LLC ("Company," "we," "us") in any capacity — including purchases, trades, correspondence, or review of company materials — you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. Lunaris Sports Cards LLC is a limited liability company duly organized and existing under the laws of the State of Florida (Document No. L23000251988, FEI No. 93-1533843). The Company is engaged in the buying, selling, and trading of sports cards and collectibles, operated by its Authorized Member, Alec Perez, with ZenBusiness Inc. serving as the registered agent, as recorded with the Florida Secretary of State.
All sales, trades, and purchases of sports cards and collectibles through Lunaris Sports Cards LLC are final and governed by the terms communicated at the time of each transaction. No verbal representation or general communication creates a binding transaction obligation unless confirmed in writing. The Company makes no guarantees regarding the authentication, grading, or future value of any collectible item.
Nothing communicated by or on behalf of Lunaris Sports Cards LLC constitutes financial, investment, or collectibles valuation advice of any kind. Card values, grading opinions, and market assessments are provided for informational purposes only and should not be relied upon as authoritative investment guidance.
Only Alec Perez, designated as Authorized Member (AMBR), has the authority to formally bind Lunaris Sports Cards LLC in contracts, purchase agreements, or official representations. No other individual may act on behalf of the Company without explicit written authorization from the Authorized Member.
All materials, trade names, branding, product listings, photography, and proprietary information associated with Lunaris Sports Cards LLC are the exclusive property of the Company or its authorized licensors. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, modification, or commercial use is strictly prohibited without prior written consent. Sports card brand names and team logos are the intellectual property of their respective owners.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Lunaris Sports Cards LLC, its authorized member, registered agent, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages arising from any transaction, reliance on card valuations or descriptions, or communication made on behalf of the Company.
These Terms of Use are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes arising hereunder shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Santa Rosa County, Florida.
Lunaris Sports Cards LLC reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued engagement with the Company following any amendment constitutes your binding acceptance of the revised Terms of Use.
